EUR. Johnson & Johnson (www.jnj.com) erhielt den Titel Corporate M&A Deal of the Year für die Akquisition der Synthes GmbH (www.synthes.com). Die Transaktion ist mit 14,3 Mrd. EUR die größte Akquisition von Johnson & Johnson bisher.
