4th Business Angels Europe Conference on Angel Investment Research

The congress is divided into two parts: There will be an introductory symposium, exclusively addressed to scientists from all over Europe, which will deal with methodological issues in the context of angel investing research: Which methods are used, how reliable are they, what has proven successful? What can be done against dubious data in circulation?

Following the symposium, the congress will open to the general public. Market transparency is of great relevance for all players in the European angel ecosystems. Study results – clustered by European countries – on all topics related to angel investing will be presented and put up for discussion, including the special topic 2023 „Research on Women Angel Investing„.

Academics, anyone conducting research in the field of angel investing, are invited to apply for one of the presentation slots by submitting a Call for Paper. Deadline for submission: September 30, 2023.

Results from completed projects are to be presented.

The selection will be made by a working group of BAE board members chaired by Dr. Ute Günther, BAE Vice President Research and Board Member of Business Angels Deutschland e. V. (BAND).
